You don't have to live in the south to use it, but the site's grocery ads include those from the south. Even if you're not, there is a daily emails alert for coupons and specials, with links to printable coupons from Coupons.com, SmartSource, RedPlum, etc. and weekly ads for Target and WalMart included. The searchable database contains nearly 7,000 coupons on all grocery items, including those you mentioned above. The site author also has on the site a free couponing class video that will show you how to get the most for your money. I save on my weekly grocery bill, and there is info on office supply deals and drugstore deals, too. I get free antivirus software each year through this site. There are notifications of deals from online retailers as well.
